Working families often struggle to make ends meet and, for many families, child care is out of reach because of the cost CCRC offers several financial assistance, or voucher programs, to qualifying families on a non-discriminatory basis
There are several State and Federally funded programs that help families pay for child care and seek to accommodate the individual needs of the family Child development services for children from birth through 12 years of age, and older children with exceptional needs, are also available These programs offer a developmentally, culturally, and linguistically appropriate educational component
